General and booking
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the appliance, the fault, the parts needed and the labor. We do not quote a fixed price over the phone for unknown faults. After inspection you receive a clear estimate before any work begins.
Do you inspect before repairing?
Yes. We diagnose the problem first, then explain whether the part needs cleaning, repair or replacement.
My AC is low on gas. Can you just refill it?
Refrigerant is not used up like fuel. A low level usually points to a leak or another fault, so the system should be diagnosed first rather than just topped up.
Do you replace parts?
When a part cannot be repaired or is no longer safe to keep, we explain the options and the cost, and replace it only with your approval.
How do I book an appointment?
Call us, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Tell us the appliance, the problem and your neighborhood, and we will agree a time.
Do you cover my neighborhood?
We work across Riyadh. Send us your neighborhood and we will confirm whether we can reach you.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Warranty terms depend on the repair and the parts used. Please ask about warranty for your specific job before approving the work.
Air conditioners
What types of AC do you work on?
Split, cassette, ducted and central systems. Tell us the brand and model when you contact us so we can confirm.
How often should I service my AC?
It depends on usage and dust. Many homes benefit from a service at least once before the hot season.
Why does my AC leak water?
Usually a blocked drain, a dirty coil or an indoor unit that is not level. An inspection confirms the cause.
Is a refrigerant top-up the same as a repair?
No. A low level usually means a leak, so the cause should be diagnosed rather than just topping up.
Washing machines and dryers
My washing machine stops mid-cycle. What could be wrong?
A drain problem, an unbalanced load, a door lock fault or a sensor or board fault. We diagnose it on inspection.
Is it safe to keep using a dryer that smells of burning?
No. Stop using it, unplug it if safe, and contact us.
Do you repair washer-dryer combination units?
Yes. Tell us the brand and model and whether the washing or drying side is faulty.
Refrigerators and freezers
What should I do with food if my fridge stops cooling?
Keep the doors closed as much as possible and move perishable food to another cold place. Throw away food you are unsure about.
Why is there ice in my freezer?
It often points to a defrost system fault or a blocked drain.
Can you repair the compressor?
Compressor and sealed system problems need qualified technicians. We explain the cost compared with replacement.
Dishwashers, water heaters and kitchen appliances
Can I open my microwave to check it?
No. Microwaves contain high-voltage parts. Leave it to a technician.
Do you repair gas water heaters?
Our water heater service covers electric water heaters. Message us if you have another type.
My dishwasher leaves dishes dirty. Why?
A dirty filter, blocked spray arms, overloading or a heating fault. We check these on inspection.
